My Car is a Citadel (Without the Entrance Code)

The rain lashes against the windshield of my ride, blurring the world into an abstract mess. It's a solid thing, really, because I'm confined inside. Not by circumstance, or terrible weather, but by my own incompetence.

You see, I can't exit this beast. The keys are gone, and I don't have a clue where they disappeared. It's like I've become hostage in my own fortress. My once-trusted vehicle has turned against me, mocking me with its cold metal walls. I'm fuming, but what can I do??

I could try to force open the windows, but that would probably result in me getting injured and calling for a tow truck anyway. Maybe I could signal someone passing by, hoping they'll see my predicament. Or perhaps I could just rest it out, hoping the keys will find their way back to me.

That last option seems about as likely as winning the lottery.

, but

at this point, I'm grasping at anything. I just need a way out of this awkward situation before I snap.
